Hello! Larry & Anita and Jeff & Linda here, we are the founders and owners of Forks of Little Washington. We live and work here, and love sharing this beautiful little city on the banks of the Pamlico River with, well, everyone.

Founded in 1776, Little (or “Original”) Washington was one of the first cities in the country named for our founding father (a claim shared by Washington, VA). Its rich history and scenic waterfront create the perfect setting to explore its stories in person — while enjoying some of the city’s best food and drink.
